The Electro-Voice 309-8A is an inexpensive 16-watt ceiling loudspeaker, offering wide dispersion, high-efficiency, high maximum output and extended frequency reproduction for background music or paging applications.
The 309-8A features an 8-inch low-frequency cone with a high-temperature voice-coil assembly, coaxially mounted with a wide-dispersion cone tweeter. The dual-magnet construction design allows for the complete structural, magnetic, electrical and mechanical independence of each speaker.
