Developed personally by our president and founder Shiro Arai, the AC Series features solid tops and are handcrafted in Spain, home of the Classical guitar.
The culmination of over 50 years' experience in playing and designing classical guitars, they represent a lifetime of work and dedication to the guitar and guitar players.
Built to exacting standards using the best tonewoods available.
Flamenco, electro-cutaway, alto, bass and contra bass models are also available, with Pepe models for the younger beginner.
The number one alto guitar, the AC-85A has a beautifully clear, high tone.
The alto guitar is normally tuned a perfect 5th higher than a standard guitar, giving the same notes as the 7th fret position: B, E, A, D, F#, B.
